To weigh or not To weigh

I totally understand the benefits of weighing oneself everyday.  I just hate when it either stays exactly the same or I gain a pound or two.   I blame it on the time of day or retention of water.  Our new scale measures body fat, but I don’t think its accurate.  On Saturday, it showed my body fat at like 62%.  I don’t think so.  Hopefully, in the next few months I will continously see the numbers get lower and lower.
