Will the Cat ever learn?
Andy and I have been letting Adi out onto the patio when we are out there. He seems to love it and he sleeps so much better when we let him out there. The only problem is he likes to try to eat a plant in a pot out there. Ever time he does it, I throw him back into the house. I have done it quite a few times. You would think I would just stop letting him out, but he loves it so.

Hard to see Adi because the picture is so big, but it’s a good picture of him. Cats will be cats; you probably won’t be able to stop him from eating the plant unless you remove the plant. I’ve been told that keeping a spritzer bottle of water handy and spritzing him every time he starts to do something you don’t want him to do (supposed to work for scratching furniture) will train him not to do it, but I’ve never had the patience or time to try the method. As long as you’re always there when he’s let out, it may work for you.
