Yes, I’m a dork. I am in my twenties and still like teen movies.  In my defense, the actors are all my age playing younger people! This movie was a hoot for girls, I think. Andy liked it to the most part.  That could have been because of Brittany Snow or Sophia Bush or Ashanti or Adrielle something. These chicks were very pretty. Seeing Brittany Snow made me want to watch American Dreams again. Sniff Sniff.

Anywho, the basic story line is Jesse Metcalf (Miguel from Passions or John from Desperate Housewives) plays John Tucker, a ladies man. He is dating 3 girls from different groups, none of them know about each other:  head cheerleader (Ashanti), vegan girl (Sophia Bush) and reporter (Adrielle something). Brittany Snow is the new girl who get involved by letting them know that they are seeing the same guy. So they get Brittany to make John Tucker fall in love with her and then they will crush him.

I liked the movie. It was comedic and surprising. I wanted to hate John Tucker, but by the end, I kind of felt sorry for him. I wasn’t really sure if had changed or if he was still who he was in the beginning. The best part of the movie, I think, is when he’s on estrogen pills playing in a basketball game. Its funny!

I would recommend for the late teens or older for this movie, but know what you getting into. This is a chick flick comedy. If you don’t like those, don’t watch this one!
