Illegal Texting
While driving to my in-laws last, we were listening to talk radio (which I hate). I so totally get that why Wisconsin lawmakers want to pass a law to make it illegal to text while driving. I just do not understand why they do not add to the law–talking on a cell phone. Maybe that only makes sense to me!
