finally got around to seeing Super Size Me; i was impressed by Morgan Spurlock's insight as his movie gets into a lot more than just physical effects of fast food...

No matter how lame lines like "We are what we eat" or "you 're as old as your blood vessels are" sound they are still true. It's very easy to forget that everything we do affects our body in some way-good or bad. Sure one bad mean or one cigarette won't kill us, eating junk food for month won't either, they'll just add up a bit of damage. But bit by bit and suddenly you're really sick.

THIS LAST YEAR I WENT ON THE ROAD PLAYING ROCK MUSIC AND STARTED EATING FAST FOOD FOR ALMOST EVERY MEAL (NOT REALLY EATING ANY LARGE AMOUNTS IN ANY ONE SITTING)
    I SHOT FROM 185 TO 240 IN 6 MONTHS.
I WAS DIAGNOSED BY MY DOCTOR (SHORTLY AFTER MY RETURN HOME) WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNHEALTHY PRACTICE TO ANYONE ! TODD
