House Hunting
One of Andy’s good friends is getting married in June and they are starting to look at houses. Andy helped them with looking on the computer for houses and set them up with our realtor for looking. (Side note: it still amazes me that some people my age don’t understand the Internet. We grew up with it, so it’s amazing some of our friends don’t understand it.) Andy’s is helping out and is starting to get the house hunting bug again. Not me. We looked at hundreds of houses 2 years ago. I do not want to that again for a couple more years. I do know what to look for now.
I want 2 bathrooms, for sure. Andy needs a bigger kitchen. We need a better layout for the house. Not to mention, we would need a bigger yard. Plus a double driveway. If we get a 2 level house, we may need to install a stair lift for my mother. It’s getting harder for her to walk up and down the stairs.
