Blind Squirrel
After the Four Foods question on what is your favorite alcoholic drink, it actually put in the mood to go out last night. Or maybe it was actually working on a Saturday. Who knows! But we went out with some friends.
Your probably wondering about the blind squirrel title, aren’t you? A couple of years ago, we used to go out all the time with Andy’s friend Chris and play darts. I’m an average player, not too good, not too bad. But compared to Andy and Chris—I kind of suck. I have beaten Chris and Andy once or twice and that is where blind squirrel comes from. If I win, he says “Even a blind squirrel gets an acorn sometimes.”
Well last night, guess who got an acorn? Me! I beat my husband and Chris. I rock! I was actually pretty good. I do miss going out to play darts. Its nice and relaxing, especially since our bar that we go to is not so busy anymore.
