Yesterday, as I was driving home, I passed a cop.  I had just hung up (well got disconnect because of the dead zone right by my house).  I felt relieved and then I saw what the cop was doing.  He was talking on his cell phone.   In Wisconsin, it is not a law that you cannot be talking on the phone while driving, but sometimes it seems it should.  People are very inattentive when on the phone.  I will admit that.  I don’t pay as much attention.  But for me lately, I need to be on the phone during the ride home.  I am so tired, sometimes I think I will fall asleep.
