Andy found the unthinkable on our Prius a couple of weeks ago. A pinhead size rust spot by the backseat window. He must look closely at the car, because I do not think I would have even noticed it. But, why would a Prius, not even a year old have a rust spot? Especially when it’s only been through half a winter only so far. The dealer didn’t seem to know either, but since we are still under warranty, we brought it in. They lent us a Corolla, which may be my next car. It’s a midsize car that gets good gas mileage. That is really all we want to for me. The Prius has been taken care of now, but hopefully the rust spot was just a fluke. We will have to make sure to keep a close eye on it.
