Losing the Weight
By Thanksgiving, my husband wants to have lost 25 pounds. He has been trying to lose the weight for about 2 months now. He hasn’t changed his eating habits, but he has started working out 4-5 days a week. When he met with a trainer, they put him on a regimen of mostly running with some strength exercises. He has lost 10 pounds in the beginning, but since then, he’s pretty much stayed constant. I know he is geting frustrated, but maybe we don’t eat healthy enough. He doesn’t like to put anything into his body (his temple) like pills or anything, so I know he wouldn’t try alli, so next thing to try is eating a lot more healthy. No more eating pizza like we did tonight. Even though it tasted so good! If he meet his goal of losing 50 pounds by next May, he gets to get some underarmour. We figure if we have a goal/prize, it may be easier to achieve and stick to.

With his running and strength exercises, his weight loss goal can be reached easily if he will change his eating habits even slightly. Cutting his rice or bread intake and eating more protein can help him lose more weight.

Complimenting exercise with the right diet would be the best way to go. Setting a prize/reward is not a bad idea either
