I too know that relaxations costs and I have decided to try to do it myself. Why not? i made a little spa in my house: scrub from salt and olive oil, candles, bath oils, milk for the bath and a mask made from avocado - almost the same :) That sounds like a perfect day and if I may say so – a perfect husband. It's always nice to hear compliments! I too believe in healthy eating and I am trying to pass that to my children and husband too.
