Pound a Week
This morning I weighed myself hoping that I had lost a few more pounds. According to our scale, I have lost 1.7 pounds in a week. I can really see the weight coming off slowing. And the best thing is I do not have to use diet pills. Not that I could right now since I am breast feeding. I probably could lose a few more pounds, but I am haing a tendency to eat a lot and rationalizing I am still eating for two. Oh the way a woman’s mind works!

Hi, You will feel great with less weigh, have less stress and live longer too. . Aren’t these great reasons to want to loose weight?
