Holidays + Diets Dont work
Within the next few months, I will probably have to actually start eating better and working out. I have not been eating as healthy as I should be because breastfeeding has been the best fat burners I could ever think of. Problem is, I am probably going to quit breastfeeding in a couple of months, right around the holidays when there will be lots of bad (but oh so good tasting food) food around. Cheese, sausage, chocolate, pies, stuffing, etc. I actually am quite a picky eater, so really the thing that gets me is the chocolate desserts. And the soda. Oh the brown and serve rolls, I eat those by the dozen! I guess I will really need to watch my proportions, maybe that is my biggest problem.
