You would think that people would maybe give Britney Spears a break. I really am sick of hearing out stars complaining about her. To me, it just seems like they are trying to get into the spotlight by dissing her because they are not as big. Such as Avril Lavigne. I used to like her, but she seems like she is just poser. Pink has even thrown in som words, but from what I heard, she did not single Britney out. Avril has at more than one occasion dissed Britney. Whatever.

The man who played Scotty on Star Trek, James Doohan, his ashes are now back on earth. 2 years after his death he was blasted off into space to take a journey “where no man has ever gone before.” I guess for about $500 anyone’s ashes can be blasted off into space for a limited time. The canisters are returned to the family members to mount or whatever they want to do with the ashes. That is a fitting farwell for Scotty, my favorite Star Trek character.

I guess they are still letting frivolous lawsuits into courts. Readers sued Random House and James Frey 2.5 million dollars to readers who had bought the book prior to James Frey admitting he made parts of the book up. I don’t care if a book is listed as non-fiction, I do not believe anything wholly that I read. I hope they people who get their money back give the money to charity. I believe there are more important things to bring to court, than people who feel like they have been lied to. I guess I am not too understanding this weekend.

I was reading the TV Guide yesterday and they stated Jorja Fox (Sara Sidel) staged a one day stand-off in order to get a raise. Didn’t she and George Eads (Nick) do that a couple of years ago and end up getting fired? From what I have read, she may be getting a raise or be gone for good. I guess they wrote for her to die in the season finale, but rewrote the scene. I guess she thought that she was getting a better storyline now so she should get the money. I still don’t know if I like Grissom and Sara together. I like him with Lady Heather a lot more.

Yesterday I was watching E! and I just caught the tailend of the story on Paris Hilton.  I guess the DA in the case or someone, wants to her punishment to be 45 days in jail, an ankle bracelet, and the best part: no drinking for 90 days. I think the last part would be the biggest problem for her. I find it amusing. Why wouldn’t her license be revoked after getting pulled over for a DUI? I mean, use your brain. Oh wait, we’re talking about Paris here.

I heard today Hugh Grant through some baked beans at the paparazzi. I found it quite amusing. I guess the beaned guy didn’t. He filed assault charges. I feel bad for Hugh Grant and any star out there. The paparazzi suck. They should leave them alone. And if they do get hurt in the line of duty, it should be a known hazard. Everyone has a right to their own privacy. Who cares if they are in movies? Who cares what they look like when they go out for coffee. Even though I love Johnny Depp, I wouldn’t want to see him plastered across every news paper just walking the dog or talking on the phone. I don’t need to see that. He’s a regular person. A regular hot person.
