For about a year now, I have been buying 100 Calorie snack packs of oreos and chips ahoy cookies. They are okay. I would rather have the real thing, but I guess since these are better for me I can handle it. They have a bit of the normal taste, but they also kind of taste that they are good for you which maybe what scares me! Hopefully if I can only snack on these instead of chips or Hershey bars, maybe it will help me lose some weight.
I was watching VH1 the other day and they had a show on about plastic surgery. It seems like some people have caught the bug of seeing a cosmetic surgeon Los Angeles. I was hanging out with Andy and some of his male friends the other day, both of them single. One of them was saying how fat Kelly Clarkson is. Okay I got all offensive in his face. One, Kelly Clarkson is not fat. She looks good and normal. Sure she isn’t rail thin like the Olson twins or Nicole Ritchie. But she look healthy. Andy has also made comments like that too. My problem is that I think I weigh either the same as Kelly Clarkson or even more. So in essence, he was calling me fat. I have told Andy this a couple times, do not comment about weight in front of woman. It saves a lot of fighting and hurt feelings.

Eventually, I will go on a diet to lose some weight. I do not think I would I would try supplements with Ephedra in it though. I try to be very careful about what I put in my body. I have heard that ephedra-free supplements do work sometimes. I guess you just have to be comfortable doing that.
There is a new challenge at work for the next months. For 15 days straight we have to drink 8 glasses of water and half 5 servings of fruits or veggies a day. The water I can handle. I like water. The problem I am having is 5 servings of fruits and veggies. I am very picky and do not like a lot of fruits or veggies. I have been eating grapes, asparagus, spinach, artichoke, and corn. Three servings a day is doable for me, but 5 I really have to work at. Plus it means going to the grocery store more too. And we have a problem of not being able to just pick up one thing. The reason we are doing this…work will give us 60 bucks if we succeed towards health and wellness equipment. Andy wants some different weights so I figure its worth it. Right now its 7 at night and I have 4 more glasses to go! And 2 more veggies or fruits. I will probably have 2 servings of grapes. Or maybe some peaches.
Andy and I like to drink. Water that is. I used to drink Clearly Canadain, but then we came across Propel from the makers of Gatorade. My favorite flavor is Berry flavor. We go to Sam’s to get cases. Along with a Mountain Dew (which I am trying to quit) its my morning drink. It seems like its good for me, its vitamn enhanced water beverage. I do not think I normally get the vitamns I need in my diet, so I get it in my water. The other good thing is its low in calories, the entire bottle only 25. Of course the diet soda I have switched to drinking, is 0 calories. But oh well.
By now everyone had heard that Linsday Lohan has checked herself into rehab. According to the news, she is in for alcohol detox. Her father says she is in for pain killer addiction to oxycotin. So every day I’ve been waiting for my pedometer. We worked overtime today, so I expected the mail to be there when we got home at 5. It wasn’t. So my long boring day seemed like it got even worse. Low and behold, I just went to go put a letter in the mailbox and there was my pedometer!!! You don’t know how happy that makes me. I need to get back to walking and making money, and getting healthy. Plus, there was a coupon for a flower store, I get a free flat of flowers and 20% of all plants for one day. I felt like it was my lucky day!
